CITY OF MALIBU APPROVED ONSITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Advanced onsite wastewater treatment systems within many coastal communities, the City of Malibu specifically, are required to be maintained by a qualified OWTS Operations and Maintenance Provider. Typically a signed service agreement is required prior to receiving final system planning approval within the City of Malibu.
MANUFACTURER TRAINED AND AUTHORIZED SERVICE
We are trained and authorized Operations and Maintenance Service Providers for MicroSepTec and AdvanTex systems and are recognized by the City of Malibu as OWTS operations and maintenance providers.
Our programs involve annual, semi annual, monthly, or weekly inspections of the system to ensure proper performance, as well as continuous monitoring of advanced onsite wastewater treatment systems via remote telemetry monitoring. Our septic system maintenance program will ensure that your system operates as intended at all times.
REMOTE TELEMETRY MONITORING
Telemetry monitoring allows us to continuously monitor your systems operation from a remote location by using a dedicated phone line. Our computers will alert us of any interruption in services and issue a service request all well before you are inconvenienced.
